The Principle Foundation puts a local face on its national network of care through Local Committees. Local committees are comprised of loving volunteers who have expressed a desire to help Christian Scientists in their community.

Each Committee operates in much the same way as the National Office in Kansas City by receiving calls for financial assistance and prayerfully discerning the most appropriate action to take. The relationship between the Local Committees and the National Office is designed to maintain consistency throughout the Foundation’s activities. Local Committee activity is governed by our Local Committee Handbook. An Adobe Acrobat version of the Handbook is available for download or viewing online.
